America is not Communist.

The U.S.A. practices democratic socialism in a capitalist/socialist republic.

Webster's Dictionary: REPUBLIC:

• a form of government in which the power belongs to a body of citizens entitled to vote and is exercised by the leaders and representatives elected by those citizens to govern according to law.

The difference between Marxist Socialism and American democratic socialism is that Marxism seeks and aspires to be a classless communist state;

whereas American democratic socialism does not seek state ownership of ALL home and businesses, but seeks federally-funded public ownership of ESSENTIAL COMMODITIES while protecting NON-ESSENTIAL private property ownership.

PAST SOCIALIST PLOTS:

On February 20, 1792 socialist President George Washington signed a socialist program called THE POSTAL SERVICE ACT into law and existence.

Pennsylvania became the first state to require FREE EDUCATION for poor people in 1790 (Public Schools)

1905 Public Parks Act;
1956 Federal Highway Act;
1935 Social Security Act;
1965 Medicare Act.

KNOW THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN COMMUNISM AND SOCIALISM:

Communism is a single authoritarian party;

whereas Socialism holds free and fair elections;

Communist government owns ALL THE PROPERTY AND ALL THE COMPANIES and sets all the prices;

Socialist government believes in private home and business ownership, except for ESSENTIAL COMMODITIES AND sets the prices of ESSENTIAL COMMODITIES;

Communism cannot be a hybrid of capitalism and socialism;

Socialist government can be a hybrid of capitalism and socialism;

The core difference is that communism is a stricter, all-encompassing system requiring total state ownership and the elimination of private property;

while socialism is a broader, more flexible framework that allows for private property and can coexist with market capitalism.

In Marxist theory, socialism is actually viewed as a transitional, lower phase of development that society must pass through on its way to achieving a fully realized, classless communist state.

Modern democratic socialism operates within existing capitalist economies to curb worker exploitation and reduce inequality;

whereas Communism seeks the absolute destruction of the capitalist free-market system.

Instead of the working class and poor having to spend a majority of their budget on ESSENTIAL COMMODITIES, the working class and poor would be able to live a higher existence even on their limited budgets.

Electric, gas and water bill: PAID.

Housing: PAID.

Healthcare: PAID.

Food: PAID.

Gasoline: PAID.

IF we institute a debt-free government that taxes high income and mega asset owners, there would be no need to impose federal taxes on the working class and poor.

IF we institute a debt-free government that taxes high income and mega asset owners, We The People could enjoy federally-subsidized ESSENTIAL COMMODITIES.

The value of the U.S. dollar at home is different than abroad.

Consumer spending drives sales; sales drives new orders; new orders drive production; production drives wholesale sales; all of which drives employment.

Increased employment increases consumer spending and completes the healthy economic cycle.

ESSENTIAL COMMODITIES: Healthcare, Housing, Education, Food, Fuel and Utilities

In America, majority rules as evidenced by our U.S. Constitution.

Because of unconstitutional Senate Rule 22, requiring 60 votes before a majority rule vote can be taken, America has been suffering Minority Rule government for decades.

A majority of Americans support federally-funded, publicly-owned ESSENTIAL COMMODITIES, but our Minority Rule government won't allow it.

Moreover, the Democratic Party in its current form won't allow federally-funded, publicly-owned ESSENTIAL COMMODITIES.

We The People need a U.S. Supreme Court who will overturn CITIZENS UNITED and thus end "money as free speech" nonsense.

Problem is, centrist Democrat Presidents and Senates refuse to expand the U.S. Supreme Court to a Democratic Party majority on the Court.

Centrist Democrats would prefer ROE v. WADE to remain a permanent block on a woman's right to make her own medical decisions and prefer CITIZENS UNITED to leave Democrat BIG DONORS in power writing centrist Democrats big checks.

BIG DONORS, centrist Democrats and Republicans don't want the public even knowing about which issues Congressional committees are considering, much less participating in a polling process that supplants legislative decision-making.

We The People need a debt-free government instead of hocking our country to foreign and private investors to fund U.S. government operations, obligations and programs.

U.S. Congress enjoys the constitutional authority to create a U.S. currency instrument and deposit said U.S. instruments directly into U.S. government bank accounts at the U.S. Treasury Dept.

The value of the U.S. dollar should not be based on the sale of T-bills, but based on HOW THE DOLLAR IS SPENT HERE IN THE UNITED STATES.

In other words, BIG DONORS and BIG BANKERS do not want the full faith and credit of the U.S. government to be used for the exclusive benefit for We The People and of no benefit to BIG BANKERS.

BIG BANKERS fear an American people who vote for a social democracy, debt-free government who no longer SELLS U.S. PAPER but DEPOSITS U.S. PAPER.

BIG BANKERS fear a debt-free U.S. government who funds ESSENTIAL COMMODITIES in the interest of We The People.

BIG BANKERS and BIG DONORS don't want We The People making BIG DECISIONS about which federal programs are funded in an all-inclusive public rating system where the public votes on the popularity of a federal program.

Retailers look forward to Christmas time and holidays because consumers generally increase spending during these holidays.

Holiday sales drive the Consumer Price Index up.

What would happen if consumers had 50% more spending cash to spend seven days a week?

The wealthy and naysayers claim it would be bad for the economy and cause inflation.

In the year 2026 technology, automated infrastructure and production processes prevent most product and service shortages.

The cost of living in America will always rise UNTIL We The People federally-subsidize ESSENTIAL COMMODITIES in a debt-free self-funding government supplemented by taxing billionaires and mega corporations.

If the working class and poor are to ever enjoy economic and personal stability, We The People must institute a self-funding, debt-free government that values people over profits, values peace over war, values constitutional rights over cult supremacy and operates in the best interest of the working class and poor.

What educated person wants to argue in the year 2026 that housing, healthcare, education, food, fuel and utilities are NOT a human right that every person in America absolutely deserves.

There is no sin in federally-subsidized ESSENTIAL COMMODITIES, but a whole lot of relief and economic justice for the working class and poor.

Billionaire Warren Buffet said he needs to write a book for his billionaire friends called, "HOW TO SQUEEZE BY ON $500 MILLION A YEAR."

Jesse Ventura said if you can't get by on a million dollars a month, you're doing something very, very wrong.

There is no need for the working class and poor to pay federal taxes in a debt-free government supplanted by taxing individuals who earn more than $20 million a year and corporations with assets in excess of $500 billion.

It is reasonable to conclude that individuals and families who earn less than $20 million a year should be classed as the working class because in the year 2026 there are many individuals and families who work full-time and earn less than $20 million to provide for themselves.

Generally-speaking, individuals and families who earn more than $20 million a year can own assets that generate labor-free income.

If mega corporations want to make BIG PROFITS in America, NO PROBLEM; but keep your FOR-PROFIT greedy hands off the People's ESSENTIAL COMMODITIES: Healthcare, Housing, Education, Food, Fuel and Utilities

BIG DONORS, i.e., mega corporations, special interest groups, billionaire tech bros. STRONGLY OPPOSE American constitutional majority rule and are well aware they are a permanent minority in our American society; but guess what?

They love minority rule, committees and donor-based federal elections.

The last thing BIG DONORS want is for a 51% majority of the U.S. Senate to pass legislation prohibiting BIG DONORS AND BIG MONEY from contributing to federal elections.

BIG DONORS don't need a U.S. Supreme Court that will overturn CITIZENS UNITED and sure as hell don't want Congress eliminating committees BIG DONORS can control easier than trying to control all 100 Senators conferencing on issues in a public format and all 435 members of the House conferencing on issues in a public format.

THEREFORE, We The People seek 100% public funding of all federal campaigns and seek the elimination of committees in favor of all-inclusive public discussion of public issues.

BIG DONORS don't want the public and their Senate and House representatives publicly conferencing on public issues that BIG DONORS dominate or seek to dominate.

This is not 1826 - it's 2026 and we enjoy the highest level and speed of communication and technology in world history.

The Congressional legislative process needs to come out of hiding and be thrust into the public arena for inclusive public discussion and interactive polling.

Yes we have a republic form of government where its citizens elect representatives to office; BUT We The People seek more inclusivity in the promulgation of government policy and approval of federal programs.

Incorporating direct democracy into our legislative process still recognizes and adheres to Majority Rule.
