Trump thinks if he lies to Republicans and Democrats about getting a "$2,000 Trump tariff check" then Democrats and Republicans will contact their Senators, Representatives and Supreme Court justices and urge them to GIVE TRUMP WHAT HE WANTS!

Trump wants to PUNISH EVERYONE because "Trump's Supreme Court" wouldn't allow Trump to violate federal law and the U.S. Constitution.
